Dispatch Timescales

Goods Damaged in Transit
While we take great care in packaging your order, we are not responsible for damage that occurs after the goods have been handed over to the courier. If you receive damaged goods, notify us immediately and retain all relevant documentation so we can file an insurance claim with the carrier. If the parcel appears damaged upon arrival, please note this when signing for the package, even before opening it.
