In line with this guidance and in our commitment to combatting alcohol fraud, Box Box Box Limited performs reasonable and proportionate checks on:
Suppliers of alcoholic products
Wholesale customers
Transport and logistics companies engaged in the distribution of goods
We undertake regular reviews of our entire supply chain and request that all trading partners notify us of any changes to key business information, including but not limited to:
Business structure and ownership
Registered and trading addresses
Website and email contact details
Banking information
VAT registration numbers
AWRS status
Trade references
Pre-Trade Checks and Documentation
Before commencing any trade, we may request potential partners to complete a trade application form and provide their own Due Diligence policy and procedures. All provided company information is subject to verification on a risk-assessed basis.
Please note:
All checks must be completed and approved before trading begins
We only accept payments via bank transfer — cash transactions are strictly prohibited
A digital audit trail is required for all business transactions
Data Security and Reporting
All records are maintained in secure digital formats, encrypted and protected by firewall systems, in accordance with data security standards. We expect our partners to maintain similar standards when handling company-sensitive information.
We reserve the right to report any suspicious behaviour or non-compliance to the relevant regulatory authorities without delay.
