1. Promoter

This promotion is operated by Box Box Box Limited (trading as Mayländer Wine) (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 years or over
• Entrants must be legally permitted to purchase and consume alcohol in their country of residence
• Open to residents of countries where Mayländer Wine can legally ship products
• Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible

3. Promotion Period

• The promotion opens on 10 April 2026
• The promotion closes at 23:59 (BST) on 24 May 2026
• Entries received after this time will not be valid

4. The Prize

There will be one (1) winner, who will receive:

• 1 x signed 25 | 500 bottle (750ml)
• The bottle will be individually signed by Bernd Mayländer
• Bottle number allocation will be at the Promoter’s discretion
• No cash alternative is available
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable

5. How to Enter

5.1 Purchase Entry (Primary Entry Route)

During the promotion period, customers who purchase any bottle from the Mayländer Wine Apex Series via the official website will automatically be entered into the draw.

• 1 bottle purchased = 2 entry
• 2 bottles purchased = 4 entries
• 3 bottles purchased = 6 entries

There is no limit to the number of purchase entries.

5.2 Free Entry Route (Alternative Method of Entry)

A free entry route is available to ensure compliance with UK and EU promotional regulations.

To enter without purchase, participants must:

• Follow @maylanderwine on Instagram or Facebook
• Like the official competition post
• Comment on the post (e.g. tagging a friend or stating who they would gift it to)
• Only one (1) free entry per person is permitted
• No purchase is necessary

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries
• The draw will take place during the Canadian Grand Prix (May 2026)
• The Promoter’s decision is final

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted via email or social media within 5 days of the draw
• If the winner does not respond within 5 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner

8. Delivery of Prize

• The prize will be shipped to the winner at the address provided
• Shipping will be arranged by the Promoter
• The winner may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local charges where applicable
• The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services

9. General Conditions

• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control
• The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:

• Any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion
• Any technical failures, website issues, or entry errors
• Any delays or failures in delivery of the prize

• Personal data supplied during this promotion will be used solely for the administration of the promotion unless the entrant has opted in to receive marketing communications
• Data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR)

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
