Working closely with Daniel Kuhnle and his winemaking team, Bernd helped shape a Sparkling Rosé to suit his own palate: bright, dry, lively and full of character. Something he would be equally happy opening with family and friends for an important celebration or simply because it felt like a good evening to raise a glass.
Created in Bernd’s home region and made to be shared beyond it, this is his invitation to enjoy a little more sparkle—whatever the occasion.

On the palate, bright fruit and crisp citrus are balanced by refreshing acidity and a fine, lively mousse. The finish is clean and silky, with lingering berry and citrus notes.
Created from Pinot Noir (Spätburgunder), Pinot Meunier (Schwarzriesling) and Samtrot grapes grown in Württemberg. The wine is made as a dry Rosé Brut using the transfer method.

Mayländer Sparkling Rosé
Bright, fresh and very easy to enjoy. The promised flavours really come through, with a touch of citrus—more lime than lemon—which keeps it tasting crisp rather than sweet. We enjoyed it with barbecued salmon and it went down beautifully. It wasn’t a special celebration, just time to enjoy a bottle of sparkling wine.
